As a contract cleaning company we provide a fixed rate quote for all rooms based on the size of your premises and the level of clean requried. This means you can fix your costs and avoid surprises.

No more workers compensation, superannuation, PAYG withholding tax, sick days, holiday staffing problems or weekend and public holiday loading.

We provide a single weekly invoice and you can claim the GST offset of your full cleaning cost.

Quality Control with Full Training for All Subcontractors & Regular Inspections

As part of our induction process, new subcontractors are trained in both general cleaning practices and also given specific training regarding the resort they will be working at. Every resort has its own protocol and specific cleaning practices. We understand this and provide cleaning subcontractors that are aware of those practices from the very first day.

As part of our commitment to quality control we conduct random inspections on a weekly basis. This random process guarantees continually high standards are met in the daily cleaning of your rooms.

Flat Rate Spring Cleans

Spring Cleans are an important part of our cleaning process, enabling us to maintain your rooms to a high cleaning standard. The areas cleaned in spring cleans do not require a regular clean but certainly require a periodic clean (i.e. behind washing machines, under fridges etc).

The regularity of the spring cleans is determined with each individual resort and in line with their cleaning standards. A set spring clean fee ensures less fuss and confusion with the individual room owners and allows you to maintain your resort in tip-top condition. Based on each specific resort, we provide a flat rate quote on spring cleans and a detailed list of the items to be cleaned. The cleaning subcontractors are also provided a checklist to be completed as each room is spring cleaned.

Flat Rate Spring Cleans allow you to control your costs and manage owner expectations more easily than the traditional hourly rates.

Spring cleans are always combined with a standard room clean in order to optimise time and reduce costs. This is also much more palatable to owners as their additional cleaning fee is combined with the standard cleaning fee and the time apportioned appropriately.

Quality Cleaning Products for a Better Clean

We know that the cleaner can only ever be as good as the tools and products they use. Our subcontractors use quality cleaning products that leave your surfaces squeaky (not streaky) clean. We have found that most commercial cleaners contanin citrus oils wich are hard on your wood surfaces and streak your glass surfaces. We use a mild detergent in water and have found this to be the most effective cleaner for a wide range of surfaces.

Sand is a constant problem with a beachside location. The grains of sand get into the carpet and their sharp edges destroy the carpet fibres over time. We lease quality vacuums to our subcontractors, all of which are maintained in top condition. This ensures that the sand is removed from the carpet fibres and not just the surface.
